Fashion Stylist Mentorship Program Agreement
Thank you for enrolling in the 3-Month Fashion Stylist Mentorship Program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the program. By proceeding with enrolment, you confirm your acceptance of the following:
Program Details
- Program Duration: 3 months
- Cost: £450 per month (£1,350 total)
- What’s Included:
- Up to 4 one-hour sessions (or 8 30-minute sessions) per month.
- Weekly check-ins for accountability and progress reviews.
- Monthly bespoke action plans tailored to career goals.
- Styling critiques, feedback, and networking guidance.
- Exclusive resources, templates, and Q&A support.
Program Delivery:
- All sessions are conducted virtually via a secure platform.
- Session times will be scheduled mutually to accommodate availability.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due monthly (£450) or in full (£1,350) upon enrolment.
- Payments are final after the 14-day refund window.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of mentorship services.
Cancellation Policy
- This program cannot be cancelled midway due to its short duration.
- Full payment is required regardless of session usage.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, all payments are final unless a documented medical exception is provided.
- Refund requests for medical reasons must include valid documentation.
Mentee Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate.
- Complete all assignments, action plans, and tasks provided by the mentor.
- Provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling a session.
- Maintain confidentiality of mentorship materials and discussions.
Confidentiality
All content, resources, and advice provided during the program are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced. Similarly, all information shared by you will remain confidential.
Termination Clause
The Fashion Stylist Mentorship Program reserves the right to terminate your participation if:
- Payments are missed or delayed without prior notice.
- Scheduled sessions are repeatedly missed or cancelled without proper communication.
- Program materials or advice are shared in breach of confidentiality.
Agreement
By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms outlined above. This agreement is effective from the date of your enrolment and applies throughout the duration of the program.
